Intercom's first-party MCP server (hosted at mcp.intercom.com) exposes customer support data to agents: search and read conversations, look up contacts and companies, and query help-center content. It authenticates with OAuth. Because customer conversations may contain PII, output handling and access scope are central security concerns.
