Claude Flow (repo renamed to ruvnet/ruflo; npm package still claude-flow) is an agent orchestration platform that runs as an MCP server and integrates natively with Claude Code. It deploys 100+ specialized agents in coordinated swarm topologies (mesh, hierarchical, ring, star) backed by shared memory, consensus protocols, and continuous learning. As an MCP server plus hooks harness it introduces substantial execution surface into the agent session.
